The General Conditions of Sale may be modified and supplemented at any time and will be in force as soon as they are published on the Site in the relevant Terms and Conditions section. The customer who accesses the Site to make purchases is required, before submitting the order, to carefully read these Conditions of Sale. In the event that a Customer places an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice, the right of withdrawal is excluded. Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi reserves all ownership rights of the same site
2. How to place an order. The Customer must add our products to the cart and then the subsequent submission of the order implies automatic acceptance, in addition to the listed price, of all the terms indicated in Our General Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy. When placing the order, the customer must: 1) add the product to the cart; 2) provide the shipping details; 3) select the payment method; 4) enter the VAT number if an invoice is required during the order checkout, in the comments section; 5) fully accept all the general and payment conditions stated and then confirm the order. Once the order has been sent, customers will receive an order receipt confirmation. All notifications relating to the purchase procedure will be sent to the email provided by the customer for this purpose.
3. Prices and Shipping. All prices expressed in Euros include VAT, but exclude taxes, customs duties, and other types of charges applicable in countries other than Italy, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Secure and tracked shipping is carried out throughout Italy and worldwide. Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €35.00, otherwise it costs €6.65. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated in the cart during checkout, by selecting the country, destination nation. If the shipping costs are not loaded during the purchase process in the cart because the country, nation to which the shipment must be made is not listed, you can contact the Di Gaspare Company by e-mail to get a shipping cost estimate for that specific non-EU country. Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are always borne by the Customer. Prices and shipping costs may be changed and/or updated at any time by Di Gaspare Luigi Company, even without notice. If the shipment cannot be initiated due to incomplete data provided by you or products being out of stock due to high simultaneous online orders, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
4. Product features. The images of the products are for representation purposes only for sale and may differ in color and size. The information and features of the products are available on the website www.aglioneroitaly.com
5. Payment methods. The company Di Gaspare Luigi offers several payment methods for your purchases; • PAYPAL you can pay securely through PayPal at the end of the order, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page to pay directly from their PayPal account the amount of the purchase or pay with their Credit/Prepaid Cards without having a PayPal account; • CREDIT CARD - PREPAID. In this case, online transactions with Credit Card - Prepaid can be made through PayPal, via its Secure Server which uses the SSL protection system. This allows all stages of payment to be communicated securely. Therefore, the company Di Gaspare Luigi will not be able to know or store information relating to the Customer's credit card and therefore cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment; • BANK TRANSFER you will receive the bank details (IBAN) at the end of the purchase procedure via email; • IBAN: IT41W0301503200000004212856 • Transfer from abroad BIC/ SWIFT: FEBIITM2 With bank transfer: the customer who chooses to pay by bank transfer must make the payment within seven days from the date of the order. If this does not happen, the order will be cancelled. The shipment of the products will be made after the actual crediting of the order amount.

6. Invoicing. When the invoice is requested by a professional, it is necessary to correctly enter your details and VAT number. The invoice must be requested exclusively during the order process; it will not be possible to request it afterwards.
7. Shipping methods and times. All products are delivered throughout the national territory on average within 48/72 hours depending on the day of the week on which shipments are made, usually on Monday - Wednesday - Friday according to the orders received. Delivery times in Europe and non-EU countries vary depending on the distance to the destination and the type of air or road service; generally 48 hours for air delivery and 96 hours for road delivery. The delivery times of the ordered products are purely indicative and no responsibility can be attributed to Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi in case of delay in processing the order and delivering the ordered products. In most cases, delivery is made by the courier directly to the delivery address or to the pick-up point closest to the recipient's address, depending on the choice of the appointed courier. All orders received are shipped as soon as possible after checking stock availability and crediting of the relevant order. Delivery may also be subject to delays due to force majeure such as pandemics, strikes, weather conditions; in such cases, Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi cannot be held responsible. For shipments outside the EU, delays may also occur due to customs operations and checks. Otherwise, the delivery is considered correctly carried out.
8. Right of withdrawal. The non-Professional customer, who has not entered the VAT number, to exercise this right, must inform Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi within 14 days from the collection of the products by written communication via PEC to the address luigi.digaspare@pec.it, or by registered letter with return receipt, anticipated by sending an email to info@aglioneroitaly.com attaching the appropriate standard withdrawal form, present in the same Terms and Conditions document, and specifying the bank details (IBAN) for a possible refund. Once the communication to withdraw from the contract has been received, Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi will give the ok for the return of the goods, which must take place within 14 actual days from the date on which the customer informed Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi of their intention to withdraw. If the right of withdrawal is applied, the Customer is required to return at their own expense all the products of the order to the following address: Azienda Agricola Di Gaspare Luigi Via Pianagallo,8 Cap 64010 Colonnella (Te) ITALY. When the company receives the package, it will carry out the appropriate checks and if the goods have: • the original packaging, so the product must not have been opened and must have the original package seals, since for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection they are not suitable to be returned, • all the elements of the order, • no damage for reasons other than transport, The right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that cannot be returned or risk deteriorating or altering in a short time. Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi will refund the entire amount of the order excluding the return shipping costs within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, the refund will be made using the same payment method initially used to pay for the purchased product. The refund may also be made by bank transfer after the Customer provides Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi with the necessary information (IBAN). Otherwise, the right of withdrawal lapses because the package is considered not intact, altered, used or opened if sealed. For your safety, use a traceable shipment for returning the products to be returned. In the event that a person places an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

10. Responsibility and rights. The company Di Gaspare Luigi reserves the right to change information, correct inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed. It reserves the right to change prices, offers without any notice, and also to not accept the order, at its discretion. In the event of direct or indirect damages to things and/or people caused by the non-acceptance or fulfillment, even partial, of an order, the customer is not entitled to compensation for damages, or to the recognition of any indemnity, and no other contractual or extra-contractual liability. The sale of products is subject to the legal guarantees provided by the consumer code against defects of conformity that do not allow correct use; in this case, immediately contact the company Di Gaspare Luigi via PEC email luigi.digaspare@pec.it for a possible replacement or termination of the contract.

12. Jurisdiction and competent court. The sales contract between the Customer and Azienda Di Gaspare Luigi is considered concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. If the customer is a consumer, the court of their municipality of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction if it is within Italian territory. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, and execution of the contract, territorial jurisdiction is exclusively with the court of Teramo. • The Customer who agrees to place any type of order on our website www.aglioneroitaly.com declares to have read and accepts all our conditions.
