Cod fillet and black garlic potatoesRecipe

Marinate the fish with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley and a few pieces of fresh garlic. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into fairly thin slices, season them with salt, oil and parsley. Also prepare the black garlic cream; Heat the oil in a pan with the black garlic cloves and half a glass of water. Blend in a blender and set aside. Put a little oil in a pan and when it is hot add the fish fillets (with their skin facing the pan), brown and add the potatoes. Continue cooking, sprinkling a little at a time with the black garlic cream (hot) prepared earlier. Serve the fish with its potatoes, sprinkle with parsley and a little black garlic cream reduced over the heat.
